Mudaram a minha reserva para o outro hotel da rede por que o banheiro do quarto estava com problema. Neste outro hotel a pia do banheiro também estava com problema, vazando. O hotel precisa de uma reforma. A equipe, no entanto foi simpática.

Decepcionante. Toalhas com manchas, roupa de cama de baixa qualidade, pia fora do banheiro colada ao minúsculo espaço para colocar as roupas - ou seja molha as roupas.... além do quarto super apertado. Escolhi o hotel pela proximidade de uma reunião que teria na manhã, fui ao hotel pouco tempo antes do horário do check in e não me permitiram ter aceso ao quarto, apesar de terem quartos vagos(perguntei antes...) quiseram me cobrar meia diária. Antes tivesse escolhido um hotel longe da reunião... Ficou a lição nesta cadeia de hotel nunca mais.

Nice Business Efficient Hotel in São Paulo

Hotel is excellent. Clean and modern, simple but just what you need for a business trip into São Paulo. Breaksfast was really good and lots of selections and fresh! Rooms are a little tight but for how affordable the price is, that is to be expected. All in all, a wonderful stay and I would definitely use this hotel again!

Bom, mas precisa melhorar processos

Quarto, café da manhã e localização muito bons, equipe atenciosa, mas podem melhorar. No café da manhã a reposição de talheres e pratos foi sofrível, tive que insistir muito até chegar 1 garfo e 1 prato, precisa mais atenção nisso. No check-out foi a pior situação apenas 1 pessoa para atender, check-in e check-out, muito lento, cada hospede ficava mais de 5minutos no processo simples de check-out, ou seja, a fila chegou a ter mais de 12 pessoas na espera e nesse tempo a última pessoa ficou 1 hora pra ser atendida, isso é lamentável. E o pior é que esqueci o carregador do meu celular e ao ligar pra recepção no dia seguinte a informação foi que a governança não encontrou, um absurdo, pois ficou no quarto.

O quarto é muito pequeno, mas como foi uma Estadia rápida, o hotel atendeu o que foi proposto. A pia do banheiro tem baixa vazão, então ela acumula água, e é nojento. O vaso estava frouxo no chão.

Pessoal desorganizado, fiz o pagamento pelo app, cheguei lá mostrei o comprovante pediram um caução, o pessoal do app entrou em contato com o hotel e mesmo assim eles dificultaram nossa hospedagem, ao sair do hotel pedimos o estorno do caução e mostramos novamente o comprovante do hotéis.com passou dois dias ligaram cobrando novamente
