Highly recommend and will stay again

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is well located, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The only issue I encountered was that the shower took a while to warm up. I mentioned this to the staff, and they assured me they would address the problem. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Café da manhã ridículo.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, e o atendimento dos funcionários também merece destaque – sempre cordiais e prestativos. No entanto, o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar e compromete seriamente a experiência geral da hospedagem. As porções oferecidas são extremamente reduzidas, a variedade de itens é mínima, e até mesmo a reposição de suco é cobrada à parte – o que beira o absurdo, considerando que esse serviço costuma estar incluso na diária em qualquer hospedagem de padrão semelhante. A quantidade de frutas é tão pequena que, sinceramente, nem um papagaio ficaria satisfeito. Parece mais uma amostra grátis do que uma refeição. Entendo que o café da manhã seja terceirizado, mas o serviço ainda assim reflete diretamente na imagem do hotel. Hospedar-se é uma experiência completa, e esse tipo de economia desnecessária prejudica a satisfação dos hóspedes.

Fomos bem atendidos pelos funcionários, mas o hotel não atendeu as expectativas. O corredor estava com um cheiro bem ruim e forte e o café foi decepcionante, pois não é especificado que você só pode escolher um prato no café, sendo que todos os hotéis que fui na vida você come a vontade. Sem contar que o café da manhã não contava nem com café expresso, apenas café coado, sem opção de cappuccino. Não justifica o preço pago. Não recomendo e não volto novamente.

O hotel é muito bom, no estilo executivo, com quarto e banheiro amplos. Rua tranquila ficando a pouca distância do shopping Higienópolis (seguro para ir andando). O único porém foi a café da manhã. O serviço é terceirizado e não é sistema de buffet. Tínhamos que escolher, dentro de um mini cardápio, e depois traziam na mesa, ocasionando demora no atendimento. E sem falar na pouquíssima variedade de opções, sejam de frutas, pães e frios.
