Estadia foi absolutamente horrível. Hotel sem acessibilidade. Recepção fica no 1° andar, e no anúncio não foi disponibilizada a informação. Reservamos um quarto duplo standard com duas camas, e nos colocaram em um quarto com uma cama de casal. Depois nos colocaram em outro quarto que visivelmente não era o que tínhamos reservado. Administração do Hotel totalmente desorganizada e alheia ao que acontece de fato na propriedade.

Hospedagem casal, quarto casal, uma diária. Estacionamento: o que fica no hotel apertado e sem vagas,o outro fora do hotel na rua ao lado vagas apertadas e sem cobertura; Equipe: Respondem o essencial, sem uniforme; Quarto: Chão e banheiro limpos, roupa de cama com manchas, boa TV e chuveiro ok. O refeitório fica encostado na recepção e nosso quarto era ao lado, depois das 22h o barulho se instalou e permaneceu, os funcionários não fizeram nada quanto a isso. Parecia um boteco. Café da manhã. Refeitorio apertado e sem estrutura, não conseguimos tomar o café pq faltava alimentos e espaço. Localização: perto do metro, Mooca, e Sesc belenzinho, mas São Paulo habitual, mendigos e sujeira por todas as ruas.
