Hotel Ipė is a great choice for early travelers. The breakfast starts at 5:45 am, but really it was ready before the official starting time. "Six stars to that"! Both kitchen ladies, just extremely kind!!! If I use the hotel again, will be because of them, and the shuttle drivers attitude. The menu is very good, it includs fruits, cereals, milk, coffee, a variety of breads, with options for you to make your own panini (hot sandwich) "Five stars" The shuttle drivers, the both we had, were very helpful, open, polite, cheerful "Five stars" The receptionists , both (young man and a lady) not very kind. They didn´t act like wanting to help. Almost gave the impression that were unhappy with their job. Like on "Don´t bother me" kind... "Three stars" Maintenance of the hotel was not very good. Both of our room had mini refrigerador not well attached to the wall, so when we tried to open them, they moved from side to side (Rooms 404 on December 31th, and room 311 on January 8th. The elevator were getting stack on January 8th. Very scary :(, even though it happen with a group previous to us using it, so we didn´t go thru the nightmare of being stock in a elevator, untiel help came... "Two stars"

The Hotel bathroom stinks every time someone on the room above me flushes the toilet. There's no extra toilet paper on the room . You need to ask the staff and they handle to you the toilet paper unprotected. I will never book this hotel again .

If you have an early morning flight, then this hotel will serve you well as it is within fifteen minutes away. However, a long sleeper may find this a challenging environment to rest in as people were constantly coming and going throughout the night. The staff is very helpful with assistance in regards to a taxi. However, I would recommend the hotel take email reservations as well for airport pickup for guest with either limited Portuguese ability or without a Brazilian phone as the shuttle operates as requested and does not have a set schedule for airport pickup.

Shuttle gratuito pro aeroporto

O hotel é bastante simples, mas perfeito pra passar a noite em uma cama, ao invés de esperar o voo do dia seguinte no aeroporto. Os recepcionistas são simpáticos e ajeitam o serviço de shuttle de acordo com seu horário de chegada no aeroporto. Tem até um café da manhã gratuito. Simples, mas muito simpático.

Transfer 24 horas e refeição saborosa

O hotel é simples mas o quarto estava extremamente limpo, lençóis cheirosos, organizado. O servico de translado é ótimo, 24 horas. O restaurante também foi ótimo, um prato maior que a na maioria dos hotéis, além de ter um sabor de tempero caseiro e fresco. Além do motorista do translado muito respeitoso e o s. Francisco (recepção), atendimentos nota 10!

O hotel é antigo e simples. A recepção até um pouco sombria. Mas o quarto é modesto e limpinho. Roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas. Café da manhã muito bem servido. Extremamente simples mas com o que se precisa para um pernoite. Uma boa cama e lençóis limpos!!

Ótimo serviço de transfer para o aeroporto. Avisamos que chegamos e rapidamente foram nos buscar. Da mesma forma foi a ida no dia seguinte. Agendamento facilitado e saída pontual. O hotel é simples, mas teve um bom custo benefício para uma noite de escala. Café da manhã bom.

hotel com transfer gratuito 24h

Fiquei no hotel apenas uma noite pois cheguei em SP as 20h e meu próximo voo era só ao meio-dia. Precisava de um local próximo ao aeroporto de Guarulhos e com transfer gratuito. Quarto confortável e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom e serviço de transfer gratuito como informa o anúncio. Recomendo.
