Travesseiros horríveis, muito duros. Coberta estava com mal cheiro. Instalações bem antigas, com rachaduras e descuido, muito barulhento ouve-se tudo dos quartos e de fora. Pelo o que oferece devia ser mais barato.

Desconfortável

Esse hotel é para aquelas pessoas que não buscam conforto, buscam custo benefício. Para quem vai ficar o dia inteiro fora é só precisa de algum lugar para dormir. E ainda depende do quanto você liga para conforto. Os pontos positivos foram o café da manhã que é bem gostoso e o atendimento, visto que as pessoas são simpáticas e solícitas. Além disso, chuveiro quente e bom. Mas durante 4 dias não limparam meu quarto nenhuma vez, não levaram toalhas novas, o meu quarto tinha um basculante no lugar da janela, sendo escuro e mal ventilado, o ar não funcionava, espelho, moveis, toalhas antigos e de má qualidade. O hotel tinha de tudo para ser incrível, mas tem muita coisa que o deixa no máximo 1 ou 2 estrelas (sendo boazinha). Se pelo menos tivesse conforto, já estaria ótimo. Não voltaria de novo, mesmo sendo um preço menor. Não vale a pena pelo desconforto.

Como fui somente parabpassarba noite sozinho, atendeu, porém, a estrutura é extremamente simples e a manutenção da pintura e do espelho do banheiro precisão de atenção. Para quem vai para passar uma noite e não se incomoda com isso, atende.

A estadia supriu as necessidades da nossa viagem. O hotel é bem localizado, próx de bairros turísticos e para quem quer ir a embaixada dos EUA. O ponto negativo é que no quarto onde ficamos, o chuveiro elétrico dava choque toda vez que tomava banho, era complicado conseguir desligar ele e outra que, senti falta de um frigobar no quarto. Um ponto positivo é que adorei o serviço de café da manhã no quarto.

Os quartos ficam próximos ao corredor da recepção, faz muito barulho de conversa dos funcionários, e também hóspedes circulando. O chuveiro não esquenta, para ficar morno precisa abrir pouquíssimo o registo.

Amei o café da manhã, o cafe é saboroso. Fui bem atendida, a localização é perto do Vibra SP. Consegui dormir bem, tem ar condicionado e TV. Apenas não consegui usar o wifi, acredito que tenha dado algum problema na conexão. A cama é confortavel, o chuveiro achei muito bom consegui regular em uma temperatura morna pra ter um bom banho. A limpeza é excelente. Talvez se a toalha fosse um pouco mais grossa seria muito bom. Em geral tive uma excelente estadia!

Estadia insatisfatória.

O quarto estava relativamente limpo. Mas o teto apresentava manchas de umidade e mofo. Logo que chegamos, escutamos um ranger dentro da porta do banheiro, que mais tarde descobrimos ser barata. Encontramos outra saindo debaixo da cama. Infelizmente, saimos antes do previsto, devido ao receio de encontrar outras baratas.

O atendimento foi excelente mas o restante horroroso, pois a unidade tinha um cão que não deixou eu dormir e o café não tinha um local específico e não tinha nada. O quarto era cheio de mofo e o banheiro cheio de teia de aranha
