Recepção mal preparada

Fiz a reserva e pagamanto antecipado e chegando lá na recepção, o funcionario não achava a reserva e cansados que estavamos tivemos que esperar por 40 minutos até o recepcionista que não resolvia o problema poder liberar a gente, fiquei preocupado tambem que os meus documentos foram anotados num papel a parte, sem nenhuma segurança.

O Hotel é bem localizado, próximo a estação de metrô da República. Eu reservei um quarto com cama de casal, mas na hora me ofereceram um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. O banheiro não tem divisória na área de banho, então molha todo o chão do banheiro ao tomar banho.

Pelo preço, foi satisfatório

olha foi legal, pelo preço até que foi bom. só que o quarto estava extremamente quente sem ventilação ( o único ventilador não nos alcançava) , a janela não era pra fora então não tinha luz nenhuma mas o local era bom e a cama também. eu e minha noiva gostamos muito do mesmo jeito.

Embora no anúncio do hotel estivesse constando café da manhã incluso e gratuito, após fazer o check in ficamos sabendo que o hotel não estava disponibilizando o café da manhã.. A janela do quarto da de cara com outras janelas, e não havia cortina que impedisse entrada da luz pela manhã. O quarto era grande e no geral arrumado, porém sinceramente não voltaria.
