Péssimo. Local sujo, atendimento ruim… não recomendo. Quarto com aspecto sujo e mal cheiro no banheiro… não recomendo! Fora que o café da manhã também não atendeu aspectos básicos. Banho frio e ar condicionado também não gelava!

Não é oque esta nas fotos.

Minha experiencia não foi boa como eu imaginei que seria. Ao chegar no hotel me foi oferecido um quarto diferente do que eu havia pago, ele era fedido, e com a cama quebrada. Após falar com a recepcionista do outro turno, ela me colocou no quarto correto, porem, estava com o banheiro fedendo a urina, as toalhas que me foram entregues eram bem velhas e gastas e com aspecto sujo. O café da manha era horrível, o molho de salsichas estava GELADO, isso mesmo, gelado. E o pão muito duro, como se tivesse sido comprado há dias, além disso, com pouca variedade, só havia pão duro, molho de salsichas, bolacha agua e sal, café e leite e algumas geleias de mercado. Infelizmente eu já havia pago quando cheguei, posteriormente encontrei na mesma região um hotel muito melhor por um preço parecido. Vale a pena se você não se importar com essas coisas e só precisar de um local para dormir. E não é como nas fotos.

Lugar agradável

Num geral foi uma boa experiência, não me arrependo, mas é preciso pontuar algumas questões: a minha chave ficou presa na porta umas três vezes, o box do banheiro não corria corretamente, o vaso estava um pouco solto, o chuveiro do meu primeiro quarto não esquentava, precisei trocar... Mas em todo momento a equipe foi super solicita e estava disposta a me ajudar e me proporcionar uma boa estadia. No final, acredito que o saldo tenha sido positivo e planejo me hospedar lá mais vezes.

Olhaaa, gostaei bastante, confortável bem de acordo ao valor, o atendimento ?
