O Hotel possui serviços muito abaixo da média, só é bonito por fora e a recepção também ilude, as instalações do quarto são muito simples, precisam de manutenção e de uma restruturação, a higiene e limpeza dos quadros é superficial, as folhas e lençóis estão velhas, desbotadas, precisam ser trocadas, cheiro de esgoto no banheiro muito forte. Cama muito pequena para o casal. Café da manhã razoável e atendimento gentil.

É uma boa opção de custo em uma boa localização. Mas a condução do hotel está precária. Os acabamentos são feios, café da manhã mediano. Precisa de uma boa reforma. O pessoal que trabalha prestam um bom atendimento. Principalmente na recepção.

クリスマスの日の早朝についてしまい、お店も空いていないし困っていたら、近場の空いているスーパーまで案内してくれました。治安は少し怖かったですが、警備のスタッフの方がずっと立っていてくれたので安心して過ごせました。
