Good location, no frills hotel. To me it’s too basic, there’s no safe, fridge or hairdryer. The blankets were very poor. No noise isolation but the price was reasonable. Breakfast buffet could have more healthy options.

Clean and centrally located.

Delicious breakfast buffet. Hotel is very well located. Super clean. Room have just been re-painted. Very helpful staff. Great view from the top floors.

I really liked the location, and the room was nice with a great view. However, the staff is generally terrible, almost non of them speak basic English and they are when I asked for a bucket of ice I got a response of “let me check”. The room floor was quite dirty yet the cleaning staff were pleasant and almost always available. We had no internet at the room or even anywhere else in the hotel and the staff were useless for the whole 6 days stay. I stayed with my son and my sister. It was safe specially because he is a teenager and wanted to explore the city. Close walk to Avenida Paulista/ shopping and restaurants. The down side the hotel was under renovation lots of dust/ in the morning a horrible smell of eggs during brekfast that was a turn off for me/ cold coffee/ should changed from PilÃo to Tres Corações. The egg smell stayed till night. The kitcken staff not as friendly as people were in Recife, but then again it is Sao Paulo. The room was extremely small good thing we were travelling with family, it was not comfortable to get dressed in front of a teeneger. The shower had someone’s hair stock on the wall. The towels had blood stain and they were ripped. Not in a million years a hotel in the Jardins should have that. Noisy at night, people talking/ arguments between husband and wife/ no quiet time. I will not stay at another IBIS Hotel ever again.

Hotel tem tudo que precisamos, só não espere espaço nos quartos. Cafe da manhã básico, mas o suficiente, estacionamento é pago a parte, há um pequeno mercadinho pegue e pague. Localização muito boa, para passar poucos dias vale a pena.
