The room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great, with a shopping mall couple of blocks away. I could walk to the Ibirapuera park.

Reclamei na recepção, me deram aquele aviso para a porta, coloquei e no outro dia entraram novamente, mesmo c o aviso na porta. Eu estava c itens de valor no quarto e n queria q entrassem.
