A equipe demonstrou um alto nível de profissionalismo, caracterizado por educação, presteza e atenção. A conexão Wi-fi disponibilizada ofereceu boa qualidade e velocidade. O desjejum atendeu às expectativas para estabelecimentos de categoria intermediária, abrangendo uma variedade de pães, frutas, bolos, minissanduíches, doces e outras opções. A qualidade do banho foi excelente, com ótima pressão da água, mesmo no 8º andar, e temperatura adequada, tanto para quente quanto para frio. O frigobar era de boa qualidade. A roupa de cama estava em conformidade com os padrões esperados; entretanto, uma manta armazenada na prateleira do armário aparentava não ter sido utilizada ou higienizada recentemente, apresentando um odor não tão bom.
