The man at checkin was extremely helpful. He even helped us order a pizza because we arrived so late the restaurant had closed. The hotel is very convenient for the bus station which is why we stayed there. It was basic but got the job done. The bathroom door got stuck quite a bit, there was some hair in the shower drain from a previous guest. The towels were quite worn and one had a hole in it. We arrived on a late flight and had an early bus the next morning so it worked well for that.

clean room, staff make up every day, great! however, facilities are a little old used. In addition, it will be better if hotel could provide cup to brush teeth, cup to drink water, and kettle to cook hot water.

O único problema, que nem é tão problema assim, foi a luz da pia que estava fraquinha. Um mínimo detalhe perto da perfeição que é o hotel, mesmo que com estrutura mais funcional. Tem tudo que é necessário para uma boa estadia e, dentre todos os destaques, coloco mais em evidência o atendimento da recepção e o café da manhã. Recomendo e muito!!
