Me hospedo pela 3° vez. Gosto muito do hotel, sua localização, facilidade e tranquilidade. Mas desta vez tive alguns pontos negativos: A tomada do lado da cama não funcionava, cama parecia estar quebrada muito barulhenta, e tinha uma unha cortada encima da bancada. Mas de modo geral não me impede hospedar novamente.

Falta de manutenção generalizada.

Ja fiquei diversas vezes, neste hotel, mas percebi que a manutenção está piorando, uma amiga teve que mudar de quarto, pois o Ar Condicionado não funcionava, no meu quarto a Tv , não funciona, desci na recepção e solicitei a troca do controle, mas também não era esse o problema, liguei pelo telefone numero 9 e ninguem atendia, depois tentei novamente e me atenderam e não teria outro quarto com tv para ser trocado. Concluindo, hotel está sem infraestrutura , alem de toalhas que mais parecem lixa.
