The hotel is one elevator away from the Shopping Tamboré -very convenient. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious - typical of Brazilian hotels with rolls, Brazilian cheese bread, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. One issue I had (and that seems to be a common feature in Brazilian hotels) is that they do not have a room that accommodates a family of 4. I had to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to give us the rooms next to each other, though. And they gave the second room for half the price - some sort of "family deal."

Estadia ótima !

Bem localizado , quarto confortável, estacionamento etc... gostamos muito pq tem acesso por elevador direto no Shopping Tamboré com tudo oque vc precisar, bons restaurantes, seguro,etc.. a região é bem industrial mas como no shopping tem tudo naõ tem necessidade de ter algo mais. Em outra estadia optamos pelo café da manhã, mas não aprovamos muito. Achei estranho não ter toalhas de rosto no quarto somente 1 de banho para cada ocupante, tinhamos que solicitar mais uma todos os dias, apesar de solicitar uma obs que precisaríamos de uma de rosto, tinhamos que buscar. Resumo, estadia ótima.
