Oh the best part hands down is the amazing water pressure of the shower. Also the beds aren't rock hard. I hate hard beds and these are about a US Medium.

Experiência razoável. Esperava mais pelo valor alto. Chegamos a noite e a chave magnética não funcionou, só resolveram o problema no outro dia. A pia do banheiro estava entupida e precisamos ligar duas vezes para vir alguém arrumar. Achei pouca variedades no café da manhã. Fora isso, camas muito confortáveis e serviço de quarto muito bom. Boa só nao dou excelente pelos funcionarios noturn

Amei o local, mas a água tinha acabado do frigobar e liguei na recepcao e tinha dois moços e nao foram capazes de levar agua no quarto pra gente. Falaram que aquela hora nao tinha servico de quarto. Entao tivemos que nos trocar e descer pra pegar a água. Achei desnecessário, pois poderiam agradar os clientes. Ja fiquei em outros hoteis e ate levaram de madrugada cobertores e agua pra gente. Precisam rever seus funcionários, pois a hopsgagem e todo o conforto para o cliente é a alma do negócio. Demais situacoes foram otimas dos funcionarios do chekin e da saida.
