日本人街（東洋人街）のリベルダーデ地区の南に位置しており、地下鉄 São Joaquim駅が徒歩5分ほどです。 ブラジル日本移民資料館やブラジル日本文化福祉協会がすぐ近くにあるので、その関連でサンパウロを訪れる時は近くていいと思います。 フロントの人は毎回親切で好印象で、滞在中は色々な質問にも対応していただきました。 屋根がついている車寄せがあるので、タクシーからは安心してホテルで降りることができます。時々、近くの浮浪者が寄ってくることがあるので注意は必要です。 なお、ホテルの宿泊代に加えて、サービス料をホテルの受付でチェックイン時に、現地で払わないといけないのが、ややこしいと思います。エクスペディアの決済時に一緒に払うことができるようにしたら良いのに、と思います。

Um dos melhores atendimentos que já recebemos

Fizemos essa opção porque o hotel foi recomendado por um amigo. A equipe é maravilhosa, todos extremamente solícitos e educados A higiene é impecável, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho perfeitas. Apenas o café da manhã eu lamento, mas foi frustrante. Itens que não estavam frescos como queijo branco com gosto ruim, o queijo prato substituído por mussarela (coisa que eu nunca vi em hotel algum), tudo que deveria estar quente estava frio e não tem onde aquecer os pães ou croissants, há apenas uma torradeira velha que queima o pão de forma, a salada de frutas parecia que o caldo era de suco de caixinha porque estava com sabor artificial, enfim, nesse ponto o hotel tem tudo para melhorar porque o mais difícil hoje em dia que é o material humano, eles já estão à frente dos outros.

Pela estrutura e qualidade do hotel, a expectativa para o cafe da manha foi alta...realidade: decepção, alguns quitutes com cara de amanhecidos, ovos frios; mas o croissant estava gostoso.
