I had two bookings back to back as I was unsure of how long I needed to stay because of work. I did originally intend to stay for the entire stay but I received a terrible message about a death in the family. I tried to cancel my booking just hours after the cancellation policy because I had to fly back to Canada. I let them know about the tragedy and asked if they could have some empathy and be lenient with the return policy. It was a NO, pretty harsh given the circumstances if you ask me Also their internet barely works, couldn’t even stream Netflix. Stay somewhere else

Quarto muito amplo, na verdade é um apartamento completo, com sala, cozinha, quarto e banheiro. Ainda tem uma sacada. Todos os cômodos são amplos e confortáveis. A estrutura é moderna. Limpeza diária. Não tem café, mas o hotel avisa isso de antemão. Ótima localização. Custo-benefício excelente, sempre ficamos aqui quando viajamos a São Paulo.
