O quarto estava ok, recepção foi ok, porém tivemos um problema no restaurante. Pedimos um prato, isso por volta das 21:00h, com previsão para ficar pronto dentro de 40min, ai até às 22:30, não tinha ficado pronto, ao verificar o que tinha acontecido fomos informado que a demanda estava alta e que tinha ainda 7 pratos para serem preparado. Eles não conseguiram fazer o prato e optamos por este prato por ser o mais rápido que tinha. Cancelamos o prato e fomos dormir com fome. Vejo que deveria ter cuidado com o cliente para não deixar isso acontecer. Fiquei decepcionado com o serviço prestado

Gostei bastante. Uma unica sugestão é ter mais atenção ao banheiro. Encontrei cabelo no ralo do chuveiro e trocaram o sabonete líquido (que deveria estar dentro do box) e o hidratante (que deveria estar próximo ao espelho), na minha opinião. No mais, estão de parabens!

Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestáveis. A comida do serviço de quartos foi medíocre, a carne que eu pedi veio fria e o risotto era argamassa sem graça, sem sal. A picanha no restaurante estava boa, no ponto e com bons acompanhamentos.
