The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!

Limpeza deixou a desejar e o serviço de quarto tb, a equipe não faz nada para te ajudar. Só mesmo o trivial. Sempre fui muito bem atendida porém desta vez não , os funcionários da recepção até foram bem mas a do serviço de quarto meu Deus… muito grossa !

Café da manhã muito bom, quartos bons também, mas a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O chão estava cheio de cabelo e a área do box do banheiro estava com cheiro horrível. Como quase não fiquei no quarto, não cheguei a acionar a equipe da limpeza mas não dava coragem de andar descalça. No mais, não tive problemas.
