O hotel tem um bom servico, com check in e out rapidos, apto confortavel, com bons lencois e travesseiros; cafe da manha bom, porem nao serve sucos naturaos; bem localizado e bem cuidado, infelizmente o fato de ser clientw antigo da rede nao pesou em nada e houve intransigencia com desculpa pifia de nao oferecer late check out, nem de uma a duas horas; nenhuma gentileza

This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Finally a gym worth the name. Could use some more maintainance on the cardio machines, but big and with lots of weights...not easy to find and worth a review more than all other features. Chapeau for that.

Fiz um up grade de um quarto para outro, paguei mais para receber um apartamento com problemas, banheiro sem reforma antigo, com saboneteira soltando, pouca água na ducha e ducha higiênica sem pressão alguma. Ainda me questiono por que paguei mais caro por não ter recebido nada de diferente.

Quartos com sérios problemas de manutenção

Por telefone, antes do check-in, informei ao hotel a necessidade de unir as camas de solteiro e a recepção me informou que era possível, porém chegando no hotel, isso não se fez verdade. O quarto tinha peças soltas no banheiro, mofo, infiltração e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Pedi então a troca de quarto o que depois da primeira noite foi atendido, contudo nos mudaram para um quarto quase nas mesmas condições, entretanto num local em obras do hotel. No novo quarto, ainda haviam peças soltas no banheiro, mofo, infiltração, uma TV que não funcionava e barulho de obra o tempo inteiro. O padrão de tomadas desde novo quarto também are diferente do padrão que temos no Brasil, fazendo com que eu tivesse dificuldades de usar meus equipamentos eletronicos. Pedi ajuda na recepção, mas sobre isso nenhuma providência foi tomada. Na minha opinião o hotel inteiro tem problema de manutenção. Durante minha estadia vi diversos hospedes reclamando na recepção sobre problemas similares aos que eu enfrentei. Acredito que o problema da manuteção é do hotel como um todo e não de apenas uma unidade. O restaurante tambpem tem mofo e infiltração. Vi um prato de comida ficar no corredor sem ser recolhido pela equipe de limpeza do hotel por mais de 24 horas, O mesmo só foi remivido depois que eu reclamei. Não recomento a estadia, infelizmente. A região do ótima, tem estacionamento gratuito, porém a conservação no geral pode gerar muitos transtornos.

Gostei bastante da estadia. Hotel de fácil acesso (estação de metrô a menos de 5 minutos a pé) e com boas opções de bares e restaurantes ao redor. Funcionários educados e solícitos (Um salve para o Bruno na entrada do hotel. Gente boa demais!). Como sugestão de melhoria fica um olhar mais cuidadoso com a academia. É um diferencial na escolha da hospedagem para algumas pessoas (como eu), os aparelhos aparentam estar sem manutenção pois os mesmos não tem um bom desempenho na hora de usá-los, uma informação sobre o peso dos halteres também seria interessante. E por favor, consertem a porta do elevador da direita. Ele tenta fechar três vezes até realmente conseguir. Por fim, é importante dizer que fiquei três dias e gostei bastante das opções no café da manhã. Retornando a São Paulo, certamente me hospedaria novamente no Slaviero.
