Muito boa, gostei, funcionários receptivos, quartos aconchegantes, café da manhã divino. A única parte que nao gostei é referente a limpeza, pois passei alcool pra higienizar a instante e cadeira e ao passar o pano, peecebi que não limparam, pois saiu sujo.

Great value for room and breakfast. Clean room. No bedbugs. I booked four nights and then extended for another three. Good breakfast buffet. I will book again when i return to sao paolo.there are homeless people in the neighborhood, but they didnt cause me trouble.

Gostei muito da estadia. Cama confortável. O café da manhã é bem diverso. Em geral a maioria dos funcionários são bem simpáticos, em especial os da cozinha. Alguns da recepção quer poderiam ser mais prestativos como ajudar com as malas, pois foi o rapaz do hotel da rua da frente que me ajudou a colocar as malas no carro. O local é pertinho de pontos turísticos como a esquina famosa, Bar da Brahama, a 25 de março, Mercadão, Torre do Santander. É bem barato ir na Av. Paulista, Brás ou no Pq Ibirapuera de uber/99. O quarto tem várias tomadas. O chuveiro que achei o boxe pequeno e caia pouca água e não esquentava muito. A mesa para quem quer colocar um laptop que não é muito prática e fica inverso a TV e a cadeira é simples. Mas isto é um detalhe em virtude da maioria das coisas serem boas e se eu voltar lá gostaria de ficar lá.

Não é o que se ver nas fotos, a quarto do casal é duas camas de solteiros juntas que no decorrer da noite vão se afastando causando um desconforto para o casal, quando percebi esse detalhe liguei na recepção e o atendente informou que todos os quartos eram assim.

Funcionários com atendimento abaixo do esperado (fardas amarrotadas, fumando e comendo em serviço, descaso no atendimento e falta de conhecimento para respostas no atendimento). Sem frigobar no quarto, sendo que o apto com frigobar ficaria no mesmo valor. Já fiquei anteriormente neste hotel e percebo que a qualidade está despencando. Lamentável, já que o hotel oferecia uma ótima relação de custo/benefício. Pode melhorar !!!

o wc estava vazando. comunicamos ao entrar. Não mudaram de quarto. no dia seguinte quando saímos para ir á missa entraram e quebraram todo piso do banheiro e não limparam nada. nao respeitaram o hóspede dizendo q era urgente. falta de manutenção e pouca cordialidade dos atendentes. Mas a localização é muito boa p compras e café justo.
