Hotel bem localizado no centro, mas hotel muito antigo sem as devidas reformas, como detalhes pequenos como chuveiros e roupas de camas todos manchados , sem contar que precisa de uma Higienização nos colchões. Nao compatível com preço cobrado. Cafe da manhã razoável, mas um investimento em uma sanduicheira ajudaria . Atendimento otimo .

De razoável a bom. As toalhas poderiam ser melhor cuidadas. Observei algumas manchas. A manta que cobria a cama também precisava ser trocada. Rescendia a suor acumulado. No mais, as instalações eram de boa qualidade e o café da manhã bastante satisfatório.

Atendimento e limpeza muito bons!!!

No geral, gostamos muito do Hotel. Ele é antigo, porém o atendimento e limpeza nos surpreenderam positivamente. Café da manhã simples mas bem ok. Como fui com crianças, só senti falta de uma tv com programação melhor. Tive que eu mesma sintonizar a TV para encontrar pelo menos canais abertos tradicionais, e mesmo assim ficava falhando.

O local não é muito agradável , seguro e tampouco bonito, mas o quarto em si é espaçoso, o café da manhã é bom e o pessoal, simpático.

Atendimento ótimo, porém o hotel precisa melhorar na questão limpeza e café da manhã. Café com poucas opções e sem variações, mesmos itens todos os dias. Limpeza ruim. Quartos com mofo, cheios de poeira por todos os lados, colchas das camas não estavam limpas. Há um aviso no elevador que a arrumação do quarto deve ser solicitada, porém não retiram nem o lixo se não pedir. Cama quebrada.

Estadia horrível e decepcionante

Infelizmente foi uma estadia pessima! Já começa pela localização que é pessima. Os quartos não eram limpos de sexta até terça feira!!! Sem trocar absolutamente nada, muito menos limpeza. Os móveis são antigos, colchão barulhento, e as noites eram terrivelmente barulhentas dos moradores de rua fazendo algazarra na rua. O café da manhã bastante escasso e raso, não tinha nem pão de queijo, inclusive cheguei a achar diversos talheres SUJOS, isso me embrulhou o estômago, não tava mais nem conseguindo tomar o café. Nota: 1
