Solid 3 star hotel

This is a decent hotel and I would rate it a solid 3 stars. I had booked 2 stays here for this month but cancelled the second booking and shifted to another hotel. Here are the reasons I cancelled the second booking: 1. The location is convenient if you need to be in the area, otherwise there is nothing around including limited restaurants. 2. I ordered room service once. The quality was not the best and the toasted bread was soggy. 3. There is no coffee or tea in the room which I would expect from a true 4 star. 4. There are no towels in the gym which I would expect from a 4 star. 5. The amenities in the bathroom are very basic with no hand lotion even. Again, 3 star at best. Other than that it is a clean and functional hotel. I would stay there if I had an event right in the area but not for any other reason.

O quarto não estava funcionando água quente, o hotel ofereceu um quarto inferior com duas camas de solteiro sendo que tínhamos reservado um de casal com cama queen, e ainda disse que não “precisaríamos pagar nada a mais por isso”, sendo que nós que estávamos sendo prejudicados
