O apartamento é muito bonito e confortável para 2 pessoas no máximo. Móveis novos, chuveiro excelente, edredon maravilhoso, ar condicionado gela muito. O prédio é muito seguro, fica localizado numa ladeira. Pontos negativos: a cama parece um solteirão, dorme 2 pessoas apertadas. Não tem saboneteira pra por o sabonete dentro do chuveiro e não tem blackout na persiana, quando amanhece, o quarto fica muito claro! Não vi moradores de rua na frente do prédio, mas se caminhar descendo, já consegue ver..
