We loved our stay at TRYP and we will definitely stay there again.The staff is friendly and efficient, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the breakfast has a great selection of pastries, fruits and etc. Great shower and excellent location

The property itself is great, looks nice and the rooms are ok. Not so much a fan of their breakfast- very busy, crowded, and have to fight for a table. In addition their dinner/lunch aren’t the best and quite costly. In general the hotel is good.

The room was fine. My issue is that I left behind earrings and realized it within hours of checking out. I knew exactly where the earrings were left. However, when I called the property they were unable to connect me with someone who spoke English. By the time I spoke to someone about my earrings it was a day later and I was informed the earrings were not located

Our stay started off fine, but an issue with the door mechanism resulted in a room change which was a down grade. New room the safe didn't work, under the sink counter in the bathroom dark mar marks on the wall. Since this was where the toilet paper bin was I could only imagine what caused them. Also fould a red mark on the pillow case. Our last night I placed 2 towels on the floor to be replaced. I contacted the front desk twice to get at least one new bath towel and after a lot of promises we got nothing. If customer service is important to you then I would skip this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and the staffs there are very efficient.

GRU空港からUberで100BRL（2800円）で着きました。 電車は現金が必要だったので私は諦めてUberにしましたが、電車で来る人にはParaiso駅が近くて便利です。 パウリスタ通り沿いのエリアなので治安も良いし、スーパーやショッピングモールも近くにあります。歩いて30分のJapao-Liberdadeは、熱気があって面白かったです。日系移民の苦労に思いを馳せました。 朝食会場では、パティオの席もあっておしゃれですし、ポンデケージョもおいしく、毎日ではないですがバイオリンの生演奏もありました。

The hotel in general is nice and well kept. Breakfast I suggest going early as the tables fill up and you will have to eat outside. The room I was in had no iron.. which is a big inconvenience.

A equipe é atenciosa e a estrutura é boa. Entretanto, achei a cama um pouco dura e não gostei do controle do ar condicionado ser fixado na parede. O led do controle incomodou o meu esposo. O café da manhã é bom, segue o padrão comum. A localização é longe do aeroporto, mas foi boa para visitar o bairro da Liberdade. Vi que existe uma estação de metrô por perto, mas não cheguei a utiliza-la. A vizinhança é tranquila, pode-se caminhar com sensação de segurança, diferente dos grandes centros da cidade.

Confortável, boa localização.

Quarto pequeno mas confortável; banheiro com ótima ducha. Na primeira noite, as luzes da sanca, ao serem apagadas, permaneciam com pulsos de flash, como se fossem relâmpagos... Tivemos de desligar o cabo do transformador da fita de LED. Por sua vez, o ar condicionado, de modo intermitente apresentava ruídos consideráveis a ponto de nos despertar ao longo da noite. Solicitamos a mudança de quarto para a segunda noite. Café da manhã variado e bem servido, com equipe atenciosa, mas apesar do horário estendido, o salão é pequeno e de circulação apertada para o volume de hóspedes.
