Terrible service!

Terrible stay. The restaurant was not able to give me an invoice about my dinner. They told me I could ask uring the check-out. In the check-out, I was informed I should go to the restaurant and ask them. In the final I did not get my invoice and restaurant was telling the reception desk was the guilty and vice-versa

The room 718 is very noisy. The startrelay in the refrigirator males a very High sound every time it switch on keeping you awake. Need some repair!! Another very loud sound coming from the water pipes in the wall. Started around 05:00 in the morning.

Ótima opção em Congonhas

Apesar de uma reforma na recepção, que tinha um incômodo adicional no check in e check out, não nos afetou e fomos muito bem atendidos. Gostei do Restaurante Berlin, que atende os hóspedes, especialmente o funcionário Jucie, que foi muito cordial conosco. Hotel bem localizado. Café da manhã muito bom, é só recomendo que coloquem gelo ao lado da água e suco, mas isso não diminui em nada a qualidade das comidas servidas.
