"Photos of property were misleading property was much older than photos showed. Expect charges for almost every amenity. When we told the front desk that the jets in our tub were not working they politely said yes you are correct. When we asked if we could get them looked at they said no, they are just broken. When my wife and I come back we will be looking for an alternative hotel."

"From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. "
