Hotel Santa Justa Lisboa

"Great hotel. Location was perfect for multiple restaurants, tourist sites as well as the metro, tram stops and train station. We had two rooms which were clean. No street noise that we noticed. The mini bar with water, coke and beer that they would restock each time they would clean (which was daily if desired) was nice as well. Coming from east coast overnight flight, we arrived at 9 am. They took our luggage and even had one room ready around noon rather than the 3 pm checkin time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are visiting Lisbon."

"Visited this hotel with 2 children and 2 adults. Had an amazing family suite room that was spacious and catered to our family. Breakfast was outstanding and the kids loved the 24/7 ice cream and candy in the lobby. Included Wine tasting was a great experience as well as the ruins located in the basement floor for the guests. Would definitely return!"

"Clean simple hotel with a great location. Walkable to many good and popular restaurants. Locals stated we were in a very good central spot for stay. The air conditioning was great and very cool to come back to after being out for the day. Would 10/10 recommend staying here to be near and central to all things you want to do and see in Lisbon! Kind hotel staff."

"I stayed 4 nights there upon arrival at Lisbon and again 2 nights prior to departure from Lisbon. The rooms were nice but the mattresses were not firm enough for me. Also hot water was not always available. On the departure stay, someone charged their pool bar bill to my room and it took a lot of convincing, frustration and embarrassment that it was not me. I would recommend that in addition to the room number, they should get the guest names so these mistakes are avoided. Other than that the departure stay was good as I got a room with a balcony, and they offer TWG tea in the room-perfect!"

"Hotel Mundial is a gem right in the heart of Lisbon. The location was very close to many attractions and pick up points for day excursions. The rooftop bar with an amazing view of the castle at night, is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a busy day. Mundial exceeded our expectations with a welcome gift, goodbye gift, welcome drinks and discount on hotel restaurants. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel lobby and lounge bar are inviting and comfy. The staff are very pleasant and made us feel at home. LOVED our stay and would come back anytime. Thank you Hotel Mundial for making my families vacation memorable."

"Checking in was the most confusing process I've ever encountered. They still have last year's check in instructions up, which are no longer valid. It was a nightmare finding the front desk. The apartment was clean and okay. The kitchen is not equipped to make a proper meal. Washing machine doesn't work. Sadly we were very disappointed."
