"Our apartment was very spacious and stylishly decorated, with direct access to the garden and pool. The fridge was stocked with milk, yoghurt, cheese, ham and jams. Every morning, you received bread and a small pastry. However, it might have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast. The location was good for us. It’s out of the very centre of Lisbon, but it is located just 10/15 minutes walk away from the old area of Lisbon."

"The property was in an excellent location close to so many sites which made it easy to walk or tuk tuk everywhere. Staff was pleasant enough. What was different for us was not having coffee available in the morning. We are not breakfast eaters before we wonder off but do want/need our coffee and we assumed that we could grab a cup without paying the 15 Euro a day for a whole breakfast. We would gladly have paid something for coffee but we were told if we touched anything it was 15 euros. If this is the case it would be nice if that was explained prior to booking on their site or Expedia’s."

"Great location yet quiet as it is well back from the street i side a courtyard. Very nice cottages with kitchenette, loft, dining table and sitting area. The shared patio also has tables for sitting outside. As with much of Alfama be prepared for stairs to get up to the cottages."
