The hotel is located close to many shopping areas, JR station. The service was great, all staff were very polite. The breakfast was so good with many varied food from Hokkaido. The taste was so good. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend this hotel.

SAPPORO HOTEL by GRANBELL
Horrible, first thing they asked was not welcome, but Japan government raised taxes and we need more money. Never will stay there again.

Hotel Emion Sapporo
Such a lovely hotel with modern decor and impeccable cleanliness. Very conveniently located as well with loads of convenient stores and shops around as well as the JR station. Very friendly staff on top. The only slight criticism is the rooms are a bit small but still a good size unless you're travelling ...
