Sapporo Grand Hotel
Staff, services, location and cleanliness were all great. The rooms were smaller than expected even though opted for larger room. Overall a very positive experience including the executive lounge.

Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo
Front desk was amazing. We arrived before check in time and left the luggage with them and went out exploring.
