Sapporo Grand Hotel
Staff, services, location and cleanliness were all great. The rooms were smaller than expected even though opted for larger room. Overall a very positive experience including the executive lounge.

Front desk was amazing. We arrived before check in time and left the luggage with them and went out exploring. Kita Ward
