Since we plan to arrive late, so we arranged after hour self check in, and staff was very helpful and responsive and send us all we need over email decent private room

I only stayed for one night as I was flying out early in the morning and no public transport would have been able to get me to the airport in time. Check in process was quick and easy, plus at the front desk I was able to book a taxi to get me to the airport which cost only 1600yen.

Be extra careful with your taxi request.
Everything was good except that the reception staff fail to get me a taxi which I requested the night before the trip. It could be because of the communication breakdown. I requested the reception staff to get me a taxi at 6.45am the next morning but was shocked when I saw a notice pasted on the reception counter the next morning that they couldn't get me a taxi and was asked to get one by myself. I couldn't do anything as the reception only open at 9.00am. Luckily I managed to hail one on my way to the bus-stop. My flight was at 9.25am.

The blanket cleanliness is terrible. There's a trace of something on the surface of the blanket. There is an annoying sound from the heater machine in the room all night. But I can feel the real hospitality and care from receptionist. The place may be what hostel can offer but the hospitality and care are real. :)

Location is actually not that close to the airport. Must use taxi or taxi train combination to get there with luggage. Front desk not staffed early or very late. Room was clean. Hallways and kitchen area were kept very cold which seems unusual in the winter.

Hostel with tiny rooms close to the airport
If you are prepared to cook your own breakfast, do not mind "youth hostel" atmosphere and tiny rooms with doorways so low that you really have watch your head, you may like this place. Corridors and public areas are cold in winter, but the room was warm. Good place to stop at to catch a plane. Not for long term stay.

i'm not regret to stay at air Hostel LCC.
I very happy because I made a wise decision to stay at Air Hostel LCC. The environment, the condition, and the staff are tip-top. it's very nice, cool and cozy place to stay. comfortable and clean! the living room is superb. I really like their living room!

Decent and convenient
Good location, 15 mins drive to New Chitose Airport via Taxi. The receptionist kindly ordered a taxi for us the day prior upon request. Got a big taxi and fare was around 2000 yen. 7 eleven is just right beside the hotel, and McDonalds is just right opposite. Room is relatively small and compact but it’s alright as most just stay for the night before departure. There is a large cozy lounge area and kitchen for guests to chill for the night with free coffee and tea. Highly recommend this place for a short stay before departure.

Due to earthquake. We have problem with our ETC card for the expressway. The staff here help us to check with the customer service and explain to them. They are very patient through out the process. On top of it, the room that we stayed was above the standard of a HOSTEL. Very well organised.

We stayed at this hostel before our early flight from New Chitose Airport on the following day. It is a 10 minute walk from JR Chitose station, not New Chitose Airport station. (The location is not as ideal as, say, Air Terminal Hotel. (We took a taxi to get to the airport in the morning; it cost about 1800 yen, which is not much more than JR tickets for 4 people, 1400 yen.) Four of us had a private room with a private bathroom (yes, try to choose this option instead of "shared bathroom", if you can). Our room had two loft beds and two futon sets. Both kids were so excited about this arrangement and immediately called the loft beds! The common room had a raised tatami area with 'horigotatsu' (a hole under each Japanese-style table), a bar area and a large kitchen with tea/coffee and basic appliances. There were toast, eggs and jam for light breakfast, which you can serve yourself in the morning. The check-in process was very thorough and smooth, and the staff were very sincere and helpful. We'd never stayed at a hostel like this as a family before; it was an interesting experience.

Clean to airport.
Less then 2k yen by taxi. Others nothing to talk about, not recommended for senior, coz 1 has to climb up to rest, the bed is double decker. Not worth for the price almost rm 360 per night.

Convenient & affordable but hostel ran out of food
Pretty decent and affordable for a hostel stay. Location was also relatively close to the airport, so it made it convenient. Room was fine for a dormitory-style room. However, based on the original reservation made on Hotels.com, I was under the assumption that I would be sharing with only one person... but that was not the case. The hostel also ran out food for the promised breakfast.

市内にあるホステル
千歳駅から徒歩１０分程度で便利。周囲にはレストランとコンビニがあるので買い物、食事には不自由しない。ホステルには、浴衣はなくタオルと歯ブラシは有料。ある意味、サービスは最低限。
