I paid 1/2 the price to stay in a newer, cleaner and modern hotels during my 2weeks vacation and they included breakfast, a gym and a free onsen to use. This hotel seems to charge for any extras, yet already costs double the price. The room was spacious but it needs to be updated and in the bathroom the very old style of faucet kept creaking when you turned on the water and the bathtub where you put the soap was in need of repair. Also the elevator would close after 3 seconds. This was a disappointing stay for me. The bright side was that there was a popular Ramen restaurant across the street.

This is a great hotel, a 15 minute walk from Odori Park and the Tanukikoji Shopping Streets. It's quiet and has spacious rooms with excellent dining options within a 7 minute walk in any direction. If you go during the winter festival you dont have to worry about going to far as it's up the street from the property. Overall an excellent choice and highly recommended.

Every day, 4 days! same breakfast; must pay many things that are not included on the price. Expensive hotel! Better go to other hotels around the area with buffet breakfast and onsen free of charge. Never back.

The place is quiet and peaceful if you do not like noisy areas but is not close to any shopping mall or transport nodes and will need to walk.

10 minutes from Tanuki Koji, main local shopping and dining area, and 10minutes from a station for tram. Laundromat locate second floor and it was so helpful in Summer season. Reasonable tasty Japanese style breakfast need reservation on day before. Very specious room. Convenient store locates in front of the hotel, so you may enjoy the stay in Sapporo area.

This is the best hotel in this neighborhood. Staffs are well trained, Japanese previous Emperor and Empress used to stay there. So many restaurants and a fancy cafe is available in the hotel. Just 5 minutes from JR Hakodate station by taxi, one meter. We will be back the hotel next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. I appreciated that they had the hide-a-bed already set up for us since we had four people in our room. The "double" beds were very small, but since one of our kids is only 9, we were able to make it work. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable enough and we enjoyed the thick comforters. The location was a little far from the main shopping area, but that meant it was quite, and we didn't mid walking the extra couple of blocks. Having a Lawson across the street was very handy and the ramen place next door was incredible (worth the 1 1/2 hour wait in line)! Overall a great visit...I would stay here again on our next trip to Sapporo!

The room isn't not clean, but I guess Sapporo's air is too dusty that my laptop is covered a layer of dust overnight. One thing I don't like is that the staff could throw away my personal belongings by mistake. The hotel's location is also a little bit far away from the center area and train stations.

Hello, I am the lady who you just mentioned. I don't think that our service was not good. Firstly, as we are confirming your booking at check-in, you didn't listen anything at all. I worried about that whether you knew what plan( room only? or with breakfast?)you booked or not. Second, as we are explaining your room type ,price...... you didn't let us explain "clearly". I just said ONE WORD , you replyed A SENTENCE with extremely loud voice.Other customers have been disturbed completely, and also complained a lot. It was so terrible. Last, in order to avoid having the same trouble like this time.I have some sweet suggestion for you.It is better to confirm the reservation on your own first before arriving hotel otherwise it will really waste a lot of time for explaination and disturb other guests. Appreciat having this comment, and wish good luck for next travel.

The hotel was easy to get to and within walking distance of the subway. Main lobby was clean and the staff were helpful. Most speak English well enough to assist, if that is a concern.

It’s good value for money - the size surpasses the average hotel room size in Japan. It’s next door to Lawson which is convenient. It’s about 10 minutes walk from Susukino area though so lots of walking to public transport. The bathroom has a persistent smell so a bit more cleaning is required. The staff are impeccable, great service. Overall a great stay. By taxi to/fro JR Sapporo station is about $15 to $20 so not too bad.

The room was dirty and we found a spiderweb near the fridge. Many spots in the room were dusty. However, there is a lady at the reception that speaks Chinese and English, and she was helpful in giving us guidances and helping us to book taxis.

Spacious room, quite clean on the floor but can see dust on the table may be not clean properly. Opposite got Lawson and famous Ramen shop, very convenient. Extra pillow have to take yourself from the rack nearby the lobby, is first come first serve basis.
