Noisey hard to sleep.
It's a nice capsule hotel in a good locale. However too many people don't understand the word quiet and make far to much noise at very early hours of the morning. There is a lack of respect by guest for other guest trying to sleep. My stay was over a few nights and it was a common occurrence with different people.

Great place to stay
Over all I enjoyed but the sleeping pod is too hot and Central Heating just making me very uncomfortable. I can't believe that I sweat all night.

サウナと水風呂の温冷加減が絶妙。 水素風呂もとても心地良し。 宿泊エリアも清潔感があり快適。 アメニティーも豊富で良質。 経営に余裕と北海道ならではの真心が感じられる。 また利用したいとおもう。 旅行者にとっては、 ロッカーの幅がもう少し広いとうれしい。

カプセルホテルと聞いて想像するレベルではない、清潔な施設、たっぷりのアメニティとキビキビとしたスタッフ。 ……特筆すべきはその静謐さ。孤独な人間が多いのか、そこらの図書館よりもずっと静か。 ただし、カプセルの中で聞こえるいびきと振動はどうしようもない。センシティブな人には向かない。

嵐のコンサートのおかげ。
嵐のコンサートがもし無ければ、ビジネスホテルが空いていたでしょうから、こちらを利用することもなかったのですが、２回目の利用でした。 レストランも利用してみましたが、美味しかったです。 大きな風呂はやはり気持ち良い。 カプセルの中は慣れません。暑かったです。

良い施設なので利用者が多く、常時受付は混んでいます。そのため並ぶ時間が長くなります。事情はあると思いますが、受付の人を増やして待ち時間を少なくして欲しい。また、夜中等に歩く音が響くのでかなり気になります、利用者等に歩く時のマナー注意をお願いします。以上が少し気着いた点です。後は、良かったです。また、利用したいと思います。

初めてカプセルホテルでしたが、館内着に着替えさせられ、外出の際に着替え直さないと行けないのが面倒。またロッカーの幅が狭くてボストンバッグなど荷物が入らない。飲食物の持ち込みが一切できないのが残念。
