4連泊させていただきますいただきました。部屋も広くとても快適に過ごせました。 気になったのは、冷蔵庫が冷えていなかったので帰る頃には冷える様になりましたが飲み物がゆるくて参りました。 夏は、泊まりのお客さんが入る前日には電源入れていただけたらありがたかったです。 駐車場もお借りしました。割と狭めなので大きなレンタカーを借りるとちょっと厳しいかもです。ガレージの中に泊まれるので、安心は安心です。 部屋の広さ、綺麗さ、お安さ、オーナー様の良さ、とても良かったです。また札幌に旅行する際は、お願い致します。ありがとうございました。とってもおすすめな宿です。

対応がよかった。一部設備に不具合があった点はマイナスでしたが、電話連絡にて当日中に不具合は解消しましたので、その迅速な対応はプラスでした。

チェックインに時間がかかり過ぎでした。 呼び出しても誰も出ない。 ルームキーも開かない。 洗濯機が壊れている。壊れているとは知らずに使ったので手絞りしなければならず無駄な時間を使いました。

フロントなどがなく、チェックインなども自分でタブレットへ入力するのですが、わからない事があり電話で問い合わせた時に対応が悪く嫌な気持ちになった。全て曖昧でよくわかりませんでした。めんどくさいなっていうのが全開に伝わる。 部屋などはよかったので残念です。
