Real dumpy for the price / this is not more than a 1-1/2. 2 star tops - The only reason it was not all one star is the checking in (checked in about 10:00 pm) and checking out staff were excellent- the dude in the morning was very friendly and help to everyone in the lobby.

Went here for an interview. The staff here are friendly and helpful. We checked in earlier than our time but they managed to get a room ready for us, which I’m grateful for. Though the room can be a little cleaner. The bathroom didn’t have hand soap and there were weird splatters on the bathtub floor. It was just for one night and it was close to where I’m interviewing, so I’m grateful for the stay.

Not a comfortable night

It was a good stay a while place “maybe” But the night we went air conditioned was bad we end up in another room that end up getting cold hours later in the second room and at that time I wasn’t about to request a 3rd one… Beds were hard as rock.. Good thing.. the fridge, microwave and amenities were good. But for just one night that you want a comfortable bed, good air conditioning ((this is Florida)) and good night sleep… it was BAD.

While located near I-75, and presumably a motel, it’s really and mostly a boarding house for construction workers. No Room service “every two weeks.” Change and turn in your towels and linens. 😳. It’s quiet. It’s clean. It has a refrigerator and small hotplate. It’s reasonable new. But it’s bare bones and sterile.

The roach hotel

Upon checking in front desk staff we were told there was no hot water, we decided it was a long day and give it a try even with just cold water. When we got to the room everything looked fine but as soon as we faced the wall across from the bed we saw 2 roaches!!!! We decided to leave immediately a that’s when we spotted more roaches!!!!!! The nice guy at the front desk was very nice but that’s an all I can say good from this place! Disgusting.
