"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"Small apartment with very basic furniture. Kitchen has all the amenities but is not very functional (lack of space and electrical outlets). Good bedding though. Bathroom, in particular shower, lacks of space to put toiletries. Would not recommend."

"When I booked this place I was stupid to assume that 3 people would have beds! A pull out couch with broken springs is not an acceptable bed. Towels only for 2 people. No bath mat. No towel in the kitchen to dry dishes. No extra linens at all. The pull out bed in the couch had DIRTY WRINKLED SHEETS. "

"I specifically chose this apartment/hotel option for access to 1 of 3 onsite parking spots. Despite notifying the owner 4.5 months in advance that our family with 2 small children would need to reserve the 1 spot, the parking was not available. Instead they had partnered with a small parking garage on the outskirts of the town to hold cars and then this garage shuttles you to your hotel. Garage was fine and staff friendly but it’s not in a nice part of town. We were notified of f this new...

It’s perfectly located in the heart of Verona, just a short walk from all the main attractions and surrounded by charming restaurants. The room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed—including a fantastic shower and daily housekeeping with fresh towels. "A really excellent hotel with added benefits of swimming pool, spa teatments available that unfortunately we weren't able to make use of because of our own schedule. Nor did we try the evening meal but if the breakfast was anything to go by that too would have been excellent. Lovely large room with balcony, immaculate bath and shower. And there is a type 2 car charger. Great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay."
