"Main downside was no tea/coffee in the room - everything has to be paid for separately eg at the bar. Good breakfast was included for us. Bikes can be used for free which was nice. Air con not great, more like a fan, but we opened a window and in late May this was fine. Pleasant staff other than one officioius type in the restaurant."

"Very noisy concert on the premises past 11 pm- would be good business practice to let guests know in advance. Restaurant very disappointing - very slow service and food not great (despite Michelin recommendation ). Enjoyed our visit to Villa Pisani."

" Perfect stay in the heart of Verona I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Verona, just a short walk from all the main attractions and surrounded by charming restaurants. The room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed—including a fantastic shower and daily housekeeping with fresh towels. I especially appreciated the complimentary water and coffee each day. Despite being so central, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, and I slept soundly every night. What truly made the stay special was the reception team—super friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. They made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. "We were traveling through Europe and visited Portugal, France, Germany and Italy. Among all the places we stayed the Musella Winery was the crown jewel and it had a very tough competition with the rest of our lodging. We definitely will be back for more of a quiet time and welcoming ambient. "
