"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

"Had a lovely stay here, staff were really nice and super helpful and the facilities were great for the price. We were unable to use the pool at the time we were staying as it wasn’t ready but that’s not the end of the world. My main issue isn’t with the hotel at all but with the location, located in a relatively rural part of fortaleza you have to be prepared to uber anywhere you wish to go whether groceries or dining and we were not prepared for this when we arrived. "A estadia foi bastante positiva, o espaço é ótimo para 2 até cerca de 6 pessoas, a localização é melhor ainda, próxima à mercados, farmácia, restaurantes e de frente à praia de iracema. Apenas notamos que a máquina de lavar não funcionava, faltava esponja para lavar louça e mais panos de pratos, de resto é tudo excelente, a comunicação é direta e simples, os funcionários do condomínio muito atenciosos e a disposição para tirar dúvidas, gostaria de agradecer ao pessoal da portaria.
