"Probably the best spa hotel I have stayed at in my life. Way better than what's offered in Canada, for sure. The room was fantastic, clean and it had a large balcony looking into the woods. The best part was the outstanding breakfast and dinner! Service was outstanding and bilingual. Clearly very significant funds were spent to build this spa hotel and I can see value in the nightly price given the superior experience!"

"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "

"Probably the best spa hotel I have stayed at in my life. Way better than what's offered in Canada, for sure. The room was fantastic, clean and it had a large balcony looking into the woods. "Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee machine for proper coffe (as opposed to only fruit tea and nescafe sachets with whitner powder). Drinks in the hotel were also a bit pricey (although this was the case throughout the resort). Overall very pleased."
