I had an exceptional stay at TURIM Terreiro do Paço Hotel in Santa Maria Maior, Lisbon.
From the moment I arrived, the customer service was absolutely top class. Rita was especially welcoming — she took the time to clearly explain the entire check-in process, answered all our questions patiently, and even helped us extend our stay using the Valentine’s offer, which made our trip even more special. While I may not remember everyone’s names, every single staff member we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind.
The hotel itself was spotless. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
The location is another huge advantage — it’s perfectly situated with easy access to Lisbon’s main attractions, restaurants, and transport links. Everything felt within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
Overall, a fantastic experience with outstanding hospitality, cleanliness, and location. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Late arrival with excellent welcome and friendly check in. Comfortable room with excellent shower… woke to gorgeous mountain views and a wish that I was staying longer.

Great stay! Wonderful staff- kind and helpful. Loved the restaurant- delicious food and attentive staff. Room was quiet and clean. Walking distance from the city's namesake. If you have a need to be in Castelo Branco, I highly recommend.
