"후기가 많이 없어서 걱정했는데 기대한것보다 시설도 깔끔하고 숙소 주변도 조용해서 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 어린 자녀와 함께 한 4박5일간의 일본 첫 가족여행이었는데요, 하카타역에서 도보 15분~20분정도 걸려서 조금 거리는 있지만 걸어서 다닐 정도로 충분한 거리였고요, 더블 침대도 2개나 있고 조리도구랑 식기도 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 한국에서 여행가시는 3인 가족에게는 딱 좋은 숙소라고 생각하고요 다음에도 후쿠오카를 여행하게 되면 이 숙소에서 지낼 것 같습니다."

"Pros: The apartment is very spacious with covered balcony. They reimburse the taxi fare from Hakata train station to the apartment on the arrival date. The staff is extremely nice. Cons: Next to the train tracks and freeway. The train runs until midnight and starts again at 6 AM. Quite far, 30 mins walk to Hakata Station. Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night."

"I recommend hotels.com and all travellers to block this hotel Unprofessional and unhelpful staffs, long time uncleaned room Dirty and bad smelling bed sheets, dirty tissue box and mirror Staffs were not willing to solve problems and kept saying to tell me to give them time and wasted me more than one hour on the phone calls. To change the bed sheets, a woman just tried to change for one bed, and she said she could not change for both beds alone, she had to call another staff to help How unprofessional their staff are"
