Staff are sincere and friendly and the room are clean

Love the services of the staff. They are perfect and very helpful. The villa space is good but the amenities are slightly aged. The villa filled with musky smell due to all the wood furniture. Other than that, the villa is very clean, the bed is good and clean. Last shoutout to all the staff, well done!

The stay was pleasant with staff friendly and full of smiles. (Despite Covid and face mask on) European grandeur aplenty. Room was large and very clean. Very convenient as we start the day in the park itself and the park shuttle bus stop isn’t far away. Overall would reccomend to pamper yourself a bit should you only stay one night to take in the amazing Huis Ten Bosch experience.

Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Service staff are very helpful and speaks good English. Ms Yamamoto was very welcoming and warm towards guests and provided guidance and suggestions. Room condition - clean Air conditioning - good. Amenities in room - bottled water, kettle tea/ coffee sachets. Wifi - fantastic.

Just next to station impossible to miss

I mistakenly booked a smoking room and requested for a non-smoking room at check-in but was turned down owing to hotel running full. So I requested windows to be open at all time to let in fresh air. Every other thing is perfect, Will go back again.

Is a classic hotel trying its best to be relevant. Staffs were wonderful, everything is within expectations.

Very good hotel, clean and has good view
