"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....

"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Very friendly, helpful staff. Very well located , close by the St. Joseph entrance to the Basilica . Clean , quiet room even though I was next to the elevator. I did not use the dinning facilities, so I cannot rate them. Only one problem and yes, it was a problem. The bed sheets. I had no problem with the mattress but the bed sheets were were like sleeping on sand paper. Truly awful and my skin was rubbed raw. Maybe it's some kind of very coarse muslin but the sheets were awful."
