"This is an older hotel but very well maintained. Staff was excellent especially Jennifer who suggested a fantastic place for lunch within walking distance. Answered and scheduled transportation for us As well as anything we needed. Only reason I didn't give a 5 is room smelled a bit musty but I believe that is just being located next to the ocean. Priced very reasonable I would stay again."

"The beach access, afternoon live music, and overall ocean‑side atmosphere were excellent. The air conditioning in my room (706) was extremely loud, which wasn’t the case during my stay two years ago. This suggests the equipment may be aging and in need of maintenance or replacement.The ‘beachfront’ description is also a bit misleading. While the property is close to the beach, most rooms including mine do not offer true 180‑degree oceanfront views; they are primarily side‑angle views. Other than that, it’s a great place to get away and relax"

"When I arrived found out elevator was out of order. I have bad knees so I was worried. But the clerk was able to get me a room on 2nd floor instead of the 3rd floor. Also, when I started up the clerk came and carried my large bag up to the 2nd. It was very thoughtful. The room was clean & fridge worked. Ok beds. Not very good breakfast. It is near a lot of stores & restaurants. I was there to go to a graduation so it was good for that kind of stay"

"The room smelled musty and was full of humidity. It was difficult to sleep because the air conditioning was loud and obviously not working properly because of the high level of humidity in the room. I was extremely disappointed."
