The resort is lovely and the scenery is amazing, best looking garden on the island with gorgeous palms everywhere. It’s located right on Pattaya beach, but on the west end of it so it’s more quiet. The staff is nice, even the infamous Fang, mentioned in many reviews, is trying her best to smile. Breakfast has enough options (omelettes, eggs & sausages, muesli, thai food) and is made on request so it’s always fresh, and the restaurant also offers meals during the day with good prices&quality. The bungalow with a sea view we had was good size and comfortable, but it would need some fixing up, such as the door not fully closing, the curtains are about to fall down etc. But the bathroom is the main thing that needs to be renovated, as it looks very old and not clean. We got new water, toilet paper and towels every day, and also some beach towels. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here.

The location is perfect, staff is above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable, the only thing that I had issues with is the doors having a gap in areas that allow mosquitoes inside, my son is higher allergic, they tried very hard to help by spraying because we couldn't change rooms till the next day, everything worked out!Staffing exceptional!

Good resort, oily beach
I like the free breakfast. Even though only 5 selections to choose from, the quality and taste were above my expectations. Loved our room/chalet beside the beach. Size was adequate for 3 persons without feeling crowded. Great open air bathroom. Only downside was the beach, many rubbish and has oil sludge in the sand. Ruined all our sandals!

The premise is really nice as its on a beach stretch so when you walk out, youre greeted beautiful scenery, you get to have breakfast by the beach as well and the premise is well maintained externally. Stayed in the garden view type. Exterior is beautiful and interior wise is also decent. However, the first room we got , the water heater wasnt working. So we asked to switch to another room, which while water heater was working. The toilet smells pungent like sewer water or farts every time you flush . Staff wise service, are okay, but could improve on hospitality coz they look nearly always unhappy at their jobs, which doesnt give very welcoming vibes for a hotel, which is very different from other hotels where my other friends experienced which are even cheaper. But overall, it's still a pleasant stay.

It is located in a quiet part of Pattaya Beach on Koh Lipe, with a lot of nice local boats to see. The water in the sea is very clean here, with just small waves and it's not deep, which makes it great for families with small children. Their breakfast are ok, but overally the restaurant is a little bit more expensive, although they have a great variety of drinks and cocktails. Overally, I can rate this stay as 5* for us. We had a great time there and maybe we can return in the future.

Lots of things broken or in need of repair. Shower didn't work. No hot water in the sink. Staff was very good and friendly. Location is great. Close to walking street, but far enough from the bars to be quiet.

The resort was slightly above are expectations location fantastic breakfast and food around the bar area extremely good staff friendly even humorous a lovely place to stay I would avoid the hotel just down the beach for food and some places on walking street simply a bad idea for service and more so quality Stick to the hotel

Great staff and location. Close enough to the busy walking street but far enough to not have swarms of people passing by. Staying anywhere on the beach front you will be dealing with a bit of thumping base from the bars. This didn’t go on too late so was a terrible bother. Snorkeling steps from our room, the good hamburgers which gave off a break from rice and noodles and good bartenders made this hotel one of our favorites!

The property was gorgeous, but the showers were cold. I also stayed at the Mali on Sunrise Beach and the staff at sunrise beach we SO lovely. At Mali Pattaya, the staff were not the same.

Smelly, old room lots of wood and no one staying there. So we ran away and didn’t stay for our second night and they gave no refund! No one else staying there. Found rolled up tissue in the bed and animals and no staff overnight! Glad to escape!

Good staff! Lots of mosquitoes in the open air bathroom!! 24 hour hot drinking water is available at the outdoor bar counter. Dogs in the garden are loyal and be good guards at night. Quiet environment is valuable in this beach.

Beautiful Villas
Beautiful villa right on pattaya beach with wonderful and friendly staff. Even with very few tourist due to covid 19, the villas were clean and the grounds wonderfully maintained. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly and eagar to help with everything we asked. Booked snorkeling and fishing trips through Mali that were both amazing.

Nice hotel on Pattaya beach
It was great. Room is nice and spacious. Snorkeling spot right in front of hotel and I could even see Nemoes. The only downside for me is that its 10 mins walk on beach to Walking street which is ok in the night but bit hot on noon.

The property has this stunning beautiful balinese style garden and decoration, room is very clean and cosy, with outdoor bathroom. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The location is perfect, at the end of Pattaya Beach, which is much quieter compared to the busy part of the beach with bars and restaurants.

Best resort on the best Thai island!
Very nice green resort on a beautiful white sand beach with corals right in front of the hotel! Amazing location and surroundings! Very helpful staff. It was our 3rd stay in 3 years and we will come back because Koh Lipe is the best Thai island!

My wife and I stayed for a week here and really enjoyed it! The beaches are some of the best we have been to and the room was large and comfortable. The outdoor bathroom was nice but create opportunity for some visitors mostly ants and other bugs at night. The grass roofs had a particular smell that once used to was not a big deal but noticed it the first day. Overall we loved our time at Mali Hotel and were able to fully enjoy this paradise island.

It is beautiful beach front resort towards the end of Pattaya beach. I find this place calm, relax and peaceful. The only sad part, i got bitten by 6 inch centipede on my last night there at the middle of the night when i was sleeping. I didn’t know what it was until I came back from treatment from the clinic. I found the centipede underneath the blanket. It was such a painful experience for me.

Great beach resort with direct access to swimming and beautiful views. The bungalows are spacious and loved the outside bathrooms. The aircon in the rooms is very noisy though...makes it hard to sleep. When we went it was quite busy, a lot of families, from our perspective we would have preferred less people but all in all it was great

Overall the stay is satisfied, the location is good, the garden view room is quiet because is not so close to the beach but a less than 1 minute walk to the beach. However, there is no way i can sit outside the room or leave the door open else you will invite all the mosquito in. The hot shower should be improve, it was either freaking hot or freezing cold , there is no between. My 16 months baby caught a cold after the cold shower. I think the resort can add some small touch to make it better, like provide a room slipper , kettle in the room and more variety of choice for breakfast. We are getting boring for the choice after the third day stay because there are only 4 to choose from the menu. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The place looks old. Apart from the receptionists and the baggage handlers, the other staff were in their own worlds. They could smile more too. The rooms were small, Balinese style attap roofs with an outdoor shower, along with the oversized mozzies and millipedes which make their way into the room for a comfortable rest. There’s no pool, the the sea is perfect. Calm and inviting, it’s only saving grace. I wouldn’t stay here if I have the chance to visit again.
