"After a couple of months staying in various quirky medieval somewhat renovated lodgings this was a real delight - modern, clean and very comfortable. And the proprietors, couldn't meet nicer and helpful people, not to mention the authentic deli thay have downstairs. Highly recommended."

This was already unacceptable, but it gets worse: the place was also dirty, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We tried to contact the host multiple times in every possible way, but received no response at all. "Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

"The check-in staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage space and there was a desk with a chair - useful for working. The hotel is at the eastern end of the main street so it is a stroll to the shops and restaurants - of which there are many. Altogether a good place to stay when visiting La Bourboule."

"Very nice to disconnect. It is far from everything, there is norhing around, only fields and cows. The host were lovely and they cooked for us delicious dinners in the evenings. Breakfasts were delicious too !"
