"Everything about this place was wonderful! Beautiful property and room, full of luxurious little touches, high end finishing, super clean, friendly staff, amazing water pressure in shower. Wish we could have stayed longer!!"

"My husband and I originally booked a one bedroom cabin for .two nights but we loved it so much we stayed one extra! Our cabin was rustic, romantic and quiet. The wood burning fireplace, jetted tub and rockers on the covered porch were lovely. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens and the bathroom appeared to be recently updated. There were some cobwebs and the floors could have been cleaner but it all just added character. Our dog loved it as well with plenty of room to run around and the pool was nice to lounge beside. The cookware was sufficient for basic meal prep but better yet there is a fabulous Italian restaurant down the street. There is also a Piggly Wiggly next door with a vast wine and beer selection. My only disappointment was that the on site bar/restaurant is only open on weekends and we didn’t get the opportunity to try it out.we will definitely be back!!!"

"It was a very pleasant surprise. Everything is sparkling clean. It looks new. For the low price of two rooms it was an amazing deal. The pool is outside so we couldn’t use it because it’s fall. But it was easy to get into. it was a wonderful at night. Everything was clean. It was just great."

"After arriving from San Diego, we were thrilled when the hotel staff allowed us to check in early, as we had to be in formal attire and in our seats for a 3:30 pm wedding at The Monroe. Our breakfast was delicious and allowed us to spend time with other family members. My husband is a former Navy fighter pilot. Our only request is that you replace the tattered American flag that we were so pleased to see flying on the property!"

"Absolutely a great place to stay in Dunlap! We checked in Friday and checked out Su day. The family who runs this Hotel were an absolute delight. And you get a free breakfast at the little diner in front for the hotel. The beds were so comfy and the shower was great! We will be staying here again! The suite we stayed in was awesome! I would have loved to stay in the room with the hot tub! Next time tho!"
