Nice Hotel in a good location with an easy ferry ride to downtown , however there is obviously big staff issues at this location with extremely poor very slow service in the dinner restaurant and breakfast restaurant , Luke warm food that appeared to be overcooked and reheated so much so that we were forced to eat elsewhere .
Management weren't really interested either which was a bigger problem !!
we wouldn't return , there is plenty of other options

Really enjoyed this hotel! Everything was beautiful and clean. If we are in the area again in the future we will definitely be staying here again and especially great that it is dog friendly, wish we had more time here.

The shower had shampoo left on the walls. I had to clean it before we could take our showers. Other than that the room was very clean.

Very nice stay. The shuttle service to the golf course was wonderful as was the ferry shuttle across the river to access downtown Savannah. I think having to pay for parking at the hotel as an already paying guest at the hotel is ridiculous.

We stayed in river view queen room that had a balcony. Nice room but bathroom was very dark and lacked good lighting. Great pool with pool bar and jacuzzi. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

This is the only hotel on the river's other side. You need to take a water taxi to get to the other side. It appears that the hotel is short staffed. Our room didn't get cleaned for 4 days although I called twice to get the room cleaned and we didn't have the do not disturb sign on our door. The food was okay. I also purchased a romantic event on the river and it was not worth the money.

The pool was very nice. Loved the fire pits. Got in too late to do smores around the fire. I'm sure that's quite a lot of fun. We were not well informed when we checked in just handed a paper and was told to read the boat schedule or scan the codes. Not very helpful, the next morning the staff was excellent.
