"Rooms were okay but seeing kind of worn out especially the bathroom in the shower glass doors were poorly fitted"

"This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable."

"Staff was really nice, I liked the property! My favorite part was the kitchen and the washer and dryer in the bathroom, they even give you some tide to get you started. I will Say if you do cook and need certain things, while they do have it downstairs, it would be cheaper to go to Walmart to get it. They also do not have an oven but, the microwave does have an air fryer and baking option! It was very useful"

"Breakfast was expensive and inconvenient. Had to be ordered at the "bistro" counter and picked up. There was no bar. I had booked it with Expedia, which was fine, but it took way too long to check in. The staff was staring at the computer and typing and clicking for at least 15 minutes just for me. Parking in the nearby public garage was $13/day. The hotel does not have its own garage, and no voucher was offered for free parking, so I had to pay $25 for valet parking. The location was good, within 10 minutes walking distance to the marina and cheap regular ferry trips across the river to other interesting historical sites."

"I had a nice stay in this hotel and the staff was friendly & helful. I would stay there again. And it is right by all of the resturants and has parking across the street, which is nice."

"Our room was spacious and clean. The TV had many issues, mostly with the remote. It was not easy to navigate, especially the volume. The channel guide was useless due to "no information available". The satellite (?) or cable had many buffering delays. The restaurant offered breakfast, but coffee and tea was not available (!?!) This hotel was not located near a coffee shop, anything around was a 5 min drive."

"My stat was great, and the staff was very helpful. The only concern I had was the hair dryer didn’t work, but it was something very minor. I was able to get breakfast in the morning, which was very convenient."

"Great location, convenient to shopping, dinning and attractions. I had an issue with my room thermostat reading 80 while set on 69. I called the front desk and told the tech had gone for the day. When I asked if I could change rooms, I was informed that they were completely sold out. I asked about a refund and was told because I booked 3rd party they couldn't assist me. I stayed in a hot room all night. The front desk person didn't care about resolving my issue, wasn't empathetic and showed little care."
