"breakfast was really good, with lots of variety. The room was clean, and AC was nice in the heat of the summer. The pull out chair was a little hard but they gave us an extra comforter which made it more comfy."

"Big hotel, great location in Neustadt (very close to the bridge). Nice staff and service. We did not take the breakfast as it was expensive (29€). The pool is also an extra. They are currently renovating the lobby, but it did not cause any problems. Nice terrasse with a view."

"I’m giving this property 5 stars because it delivered exactly what it promised. This is a budget hotel, and it exceeded our expectations for that category. The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. If you're expecting the amenities and luxury of an upscale hotel, this isn't that—and it doesn't claim to be. My rating reflects how well it met its own goals, not how it compares to high-end properties. For an affordable, well-located, comfortable place to stay, it was an excellent choice, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Large room, small but functional kitchen. The hotel is walking distance from the train station; and right next to the main city mall and tram stop and had a great view of opera house and the University . We enjoyed it. The only issue is that the windows can not be opened, so we had to use the air conditioning even when sleeping."
