The welcome profiteroles were a stunning surprise. As AMEX members, there was a free upgrade so we enjoyed a beautiful lanai overlooking the front of the hotel; early check-in and late checkout as members were well received The bellhops were very warm and accommodating. While we were only visiting for an evening, our visit at the hotel was unforgettable. We will definitely be back to this charming city and this beautiful hotel. "
